Frequently asked questions
Cancellation policy
Due to the high demand and the rigid cancellation terms of hotels within the National Park, we strictly adhere to the following refund schedule:
Cancellations 91+ days before start date: 50% of the total tour price (the initial deposit) is retained. Any additional payments made toward the final balance will be refunded, minus bank/transaction fees.
Cancellations 61 to 90 days before start date: 75% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
Cancellations 60 days or less before start date: 100% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
No-Show or Early Departure: No refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of the tour, including park entries, hotel nights, or guided days.
Reservation conditions
To guarantee your private guide, vehicle, and specifically your hotel accommodations within Torres del Paine, the following payment schedule applies:
Initial Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This allows us to secure hotel room blocks and specialized permits immediately.
Final Balance: The remaining 50% must be paid 90 days prior to the tour start date.
Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 90 days of the start date, 100% full payment is required at the time of booking.
