Cancellation policy
We understand that travel plans can change. However, due to the remote nature of our operations and the advance commitment required for mountain lodges and expert staff, our refund policy is as follows:
Cancellations 31 days or more before the start date: The 50% deposit is retained by Chile Adventure Guides. Any additional payments made toward the balance (if applicable) will be refunded, minus any non-refundable transaction fees (e.g., PayPal or bank fees).
Cancellations 30 days or less before the start date: No refunds will be issued. At this stage, all logistics, permits, and staff have been fully committed.
No-shows or Late Arrivals: No refunds or partial credits will be provided for late arrivals, missed starts, or "no-shows" on the day of the activity.
Reservation conditions
Payment Schedule
To provide the highest level of service and secure your specialized guides and logistics, the following payment schedule applies:
Booking Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total program price is required to confirm your reservation and save the dates.
Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days (1 month) prior to the scheduled start date of the activity.
Note: Failure to settle the final balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the initial deposit.
