50% Refund: Cancel with at least 7 days’ notice before the tour’s start time.
No Refund: Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice, or "no-shows," are non-refundable.
Weather Cancellations: Climbing is a weather-dependent sport. We manage all logistics and safety assessments so you can simply enjoy the adventure. If conditions are unsafe, we will exercise our right to pause, reschedule, or cancel the climb to protect the team.
Deposit: To secure your guided multipitch climb, a 30% advance deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance: The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the activity.
Prerequisites: Upon booking, participants must confirm they meet the necessary health, equipment, and experience requirements for the route, including a good physical condition and general endurance.
Group Discount: We offer a special price for a climbing party (cordada) of 2 people. Please inquire for details.
