15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost is non-refundable.
14 days or less before departure: 100% of the total cost is non-refundable.
Weather Policy: Patagonia rock climbing is weather-dependent. If your guide cancels due to unsafe conditions, we will provide an alternative adventure activity or a refund.
Reservation conditions
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
The 70% balance is due 30 days before the tour starts.
Bookings made within 30 days of the start date require full payment up front.
A signed liability waiver and proof of travel insurance are required before climbing.
