Frequently asked questions
Cancellation policy
31+ days before departure: The 30% deposit is retained; any additional payments made will be fully refunded.
15-30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost is non-refundable.
14 days or less before departure: 100% of the tour cost is non-refundable.
Weather Clause: Climbing safety is our priority. If the guide cancels the tour due to unsafe weather conditions in Cajón del Maipo, we will attempt to reschedule or offer a full refund.
Reservation conditions
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and guide.
The remaining balance (70%) is due 30 days prior to the tour date.
Bookings made within 30 days require full payment upon reservation.
All participants must sign a standard liability waiver prior to climbing.
