Cancellation policy
More than 30 days before departure: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 100% of the deposit is non-refundable.
Within 15 days of departure: 100% of the total program value is non-refundable.
No-show: 100% of the total cost applies, without exception.
Modifications and Rescheduling:
Within 15 days: No date changes are permitted within 15 days of the program start date.
More than 15 days: Modification requests made more than 15 days in advance are subject to availability and possible additional charges.
Approved Rescheduling: In the event of an approved date change, all payments made will be applied to the new program, though we cannot guarantee original rates will be maintained.
Reservation conditions
Deposit: To confirm any program, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total program cost is required. This deposit secures your travel dates, allows us to design a fully customized itinerary, and covers coordination with local providers and logistics. (Because all experiences are custom-designed, this deposit is strictly non-refundable).
Balance: The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days prior to the program's start date.
Last-Minute Bookings: For reservations made within 15 days of departure, 100% of the total payment is required at the time of confirmation.

He has worked as a guide in several luxury hotels in the Última Esperanza Province, while always maintaining a strong focus on private guiding. He firmly believes that this is the best way to connect with clients and to share his knowledge, passion, and love for nature in its purest form. His main goal is to make each day a unique experience, from picking up guests at their hotel, guiding them to the main destination, and bringing them back to their starting point.
