Cancellation policy

Balance Protection: If you have already paid the full balance but cancel before the 30-day window, the remaining 50% (the final balance) will be refunded to you, minus any banking or transaction fees.

If you cancel within 30 days of the start date, no refund is provided as the guide has committed their schedule to your trek.

Reservation conditions

  • Booking: To secure a guide for your specific dates, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Because our guides are booked months in advance, this deposit "saves the date" exclusively for you.

  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% is due 30 days before the trek begins.

Sebastian was wonderful and very knowledgeable on both the history and the park in general. He was an excellent guide and we would highly recommend him. He was quite patient and caring when half of our group became ill due to a stomach bug that was making it rounds on the O Trek. He helped to carry extra weight for my friend who was feeling extremely ill and made sure that she was cared for and never left alone during the height of feeling bad. We would highly recommend Sebastian to others her wanting to have a more in-depth experience with this park.
