Cancellation policy
31+ days notice: Full refund of the deposit (minus transaction fees).
15 to 30 days notice: 50% of the deposit is non-refundable.
Less than 15 days notice: No refund will be issued.
Safety: Our guides are certified professionals. If weather conditions in the high mountains of Cerro Castillo or the summit of Cinchao are deemed unsafe, we will provide alternative lower-altitude routes or reschedule based on availability.
Reservation conditions
Reservation: A 50% deposit is required to secure your private guide and 4x4 transport.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the activity.
