Cancellations more than 7 days in advance: 100% refund of the deposit (minus bank or platform transaction fees).
Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before: The 50% deposit is non-refundable but is transferable to another date within the same season, subject to availability.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before or "No Show": No refund will be issued, as the guide and transportation have been locked exclusively for you.

Final Payment: The remaining balance (50%) must be paid at least 48 hours before the activity begins.
