Exclusion of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
You understand and agree that Chile Adventure Guides acts solely as an intermediary and is not the direct provider of adventure tourism services. The responsibility for the quality, safety, and execution of the services rests exclusively with the guide. Chile Adventure Guides shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or any other type of damages resulting from the use of the platform or the services contracted through it.
Modifications to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon their publication on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after the publication of the modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
