Our cancellation policies

 

  1. Flexible Policy

This policy provides the greatest flexibility for travelers.

  • 100% Refund: The traveler will receive a full refund if they cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice before the tour’s start time.
  • No Refund: If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the traveler does not show up (no-show), no refund will be applied.
  1. Moderate Policy

This policy strikes a balance between the traveler’s flexibility and the guide’s protection.

  • 100% Refund: A full refund will be applied if the traveler cancels with at least 7 days’ notice before the tour’s start time.
  • 50% Refund: If the cancellation is made between 7 days and 24 hours before the tour, a 50% refund of the total cost will be given.
  • No Refund: If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the traveler does not show up (no-show), no refund will be applied.
  1. Strict Policy

This policy is designed to protect the guide’s investment of time and resources and applies to tours that require advanced planning.

  • 50% Refund: A 50% refund will be applied if the traveler cancels with at least 7 days’ notice before the tour’s start time.
  • No Refund: If the cancellation is made with less than 7 days’ notice, or if the traveler does not show up (no-show), no refund will be applied.
  1. Important Additional Clauses
  • Force Majeure: In the event a tour is impossible to conduct due to a force majeure event (e.g., a national park closure due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions), the platform will mediate to agree upon a no-cost rescheduling or a full 100% refund. The platform and the guide commit to acting in good faith in these situations.
  • Cancellation by the Guide: If a guide cancels a tour for any reason, the traveler will receive a full 100% refund of the tour cost, without exception.

  • Note: A “day’s notice” is understood as a full 24-hour period before the tour’s start time.
